Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy

What happens if you stop, what happens to your access, your 14-day right to change your mind, and when you get money back.

In short

There are two different things you might want to do, and they work differently:

  • Cancel — you stop your plan renewing again. You keep what you have already paid for until that period ends. This does not return money you have already paid.
  • Withdraw — within 14 days of buying, you can change your mind about the purchase entirely and get your money back.

Both are explained below. If you are not sure which one you want, email info@trueformlifestyle.com and we will help.

How to cancel

You cancel from your own account, in the same way you signed up. Sign in, go to the plan you want to stop, and use the cancel option there. You do not need to write to us, phone us, or give a reason.

If you cannot reach your account or something is not working, email info@trueformlifestyle.com and we will deal with it.

What cancelling does

Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not end your plan on the spot and it does not take back the month you are in.

In practice: the arrangement to charge you again is stopped straight away, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. When that date passes, the plan ends and your access to that plan ends with it. Your account itself stays.

If we cannot tell what date you are paid up to, we do not guess and we do not cut your access off. We look at it and sort it out with you.

Each plan is cancelled separately

Membership and coaching are separate purchases, and so are the two kinds of coaching. Cancelling one does not cancel the others.

Membership (Essential or Premium) — cancel it on its own. Your coaching, if you have any, carries on. You keep Membership access until the end of the paid month.

Your main coaching plan (Foundation, Complete, Women's Transformation, Body Recomposition or Elite) — cancel it on its own. Your Membership and any Nutrition Coaching carry on. You keep coaching access until the end of the paid month.

Nutrition Coaching, where you hold it alongside a main plan — cancel it on its own. Your main coaching and Membership carry on.

So if you want everything to stop, cancel each one. It is worth checking your account after cancelling to confirm that what you meant to stop has actually stopped.

None of these produce an automatic refund. In every case you keep the access you have paid for until that period ends.

Your 14-day right to withdraw

Separately from cancelling, consumers buying online have a statutory right to withdraw. You have 14 days from the day your contract with us is made to change your mind, without giving a reason.

You do not need a special form. A clear statement that you are withdrawing, sent to info@trueformlifestyle.com, is enough, and you do not have to use any particular form of words. What matters is that you send it within the 14 days; it does not matter if it reaches us on day 15.

You can also withdraw online: Withdraw from a Contract records the date and content of your notice and confirms it to you by email straight away. The statutory model withdrawal form is on that page too, if you would rather use it. You do not need an account, and neither route is better than the other in law.

Starting coaching does not by itself take this right away. The right ends once the service has been fully performed, and only where you asked us in advance to start during the 14 days and accepted that consequence at the time.

Where you did ask us in advance to begin during those 14 days and you then withdraw, you may be asked to pay for the part already provided, in proportion to the full price. Where no such request was agreed with you in advance, you pay nothing for coaching provided during that period and we refund what you paid in full.

If you withdraw in time we refund you using the same payment method you used, without undue delay.

Refunds

Cancelling is not a refund request. They are separate: cancelling stops future payments, a refund returns money already taken. Asking for one does not do the other.

You get a refund where the law gives you one. That includes withdrawing within the 14 days as above, and it includes situations where we have not delivered what you paid for or the service was not what it should have been.

Outside those situations, we do not offer a general money-back guarantee, and stopping part-way through a month does not produce a part-refund of that month — you keep the access instead.

If something has genuinely gone wrong, tell us anyway. We look at situations one at a time and may offer a refund as a gesture of goodwill. Doing that once does not create a right to it, and it never affects the rights you have by law.

Refunds are not automatic. Where one applies, it is handled according to the circumstances, this policy and your legal rights, and returned through the payment provider to the payment method you used.

If a payment fails

If a monthly payment cannot be collected, we let you know, and the payment provider may try again over the following days. If it still cannot be collected, the subscription ends. We do not keep retrying indefinitely.

A failed payment is not treated as you asking to cancel, and cancelling is not a way to deal with a failed payment — if you want the plan to stop, cancel it in your account.

What happens to your access

After you cancel, your access to that plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Once that date passes, the plan is finished and access to it ends. Your account remains, and you can start again later if you want to.

You keep access to anything you were entitled to during the paid period until that period ends — cancelling does not remove it early.
