How this website uses cookies and similar technologies.
Websites can store small amounts of information on the device you browse with, and read it back later. Cookies are the best known way of doing this, but they are not the only one — browsers also provide storage that a site can use directly. This policy explains which of these TRUE FORM actually uses, and when.
Cookies used by TRUE FORM
Browsing this website does not currently place any cookies on your device. At the time of this policy, TRUE FORM sets no cookies of its own, and we have not identified any third-party service that sets cookies through the public website. That applies to every public page, including the pages describing our coaching plans and Membership.
Because nothing non-essential is stored on your device when you browse, there is no cookie banner to click through and nothing for you to consent to.
Storage used when you sign in
Signing in is different. To keep you signed in as you move between pages, your browser stores your login session locally on your device using local storage — a browser feature that works like a cookie but is not one, and is never sent automatically to other websites.
This is created only after you sign in, it exists so the account you asked to use keeps working, and it is not used to study your behaviour or build a profile. Signing out removes it. Clearing your browser's storage for this site also removes it, and will simply sign you out.
Inside the client portal, your browser may also use its built-in database storage to hold a file your coach has shared with you while you are viewing it. It is used to show you your own files and nothing else.
Analytics and advertising
TRUE FORM currently does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising technology on this website. At the time of this policy there is no analytics service, no tag manager, no advertising or social media pixel, no session recording, no heatmap tool and no behavioural advertising of any kind.
If that changes, this policy will be updated first, and anything requiring your consent will ask for it before it is used.
Other companies whose services this site loads
One part of this website is delivered by another company. The software that powers the sign-in and account features is downloaded from jsDelivr, a public content delivery network. When a page loads, your browser fetches that file from jsDelivr in the same way it fetches an image.
That is a network request, not a cookie: jsDelivr sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device through this site. It is mentioned here so the picture is complete, not because it tracks you.
The WhatsApp button in the corner of each page is an ordinary link. Nothing is loaded from WhatsApp unless you choose to tap it and open a conversation.
Payments
TRUE FORM does not process card details on this website. When you pay, you are taken to a checkout page hosted by our payment provider, Mollie, and any cookies or storage used there belong to Mollie and are governed by Mollie's own policies. Returning to TRUE FORM afterwards places no cookie on your device.
Controlling storage in your browser
Every major browser lets you view and delete the data a website has stored, usually under a setting named something like "Cookies and site data". Because this site places nothing on your device until you sign in, the only thing there is likely to be your login session. Deleting it is safe — it signs you out, and you can sign in again.

This policy describes the technologies this website uses today. If we add or remove something that stores or reads information on your device, we will update this page and change the date below.
