How this website uses cookies and similar technologies.
Websites can store small amounts of information on the device you browse with, and read it back later. Cookies are the best known way of doing this, but they are not the only one — browsers also provide storage that a site can use directly. This policy explains which of these TRUE FORM actually uses, and when.
Cookies used by TRUE FORM
TRUE FORM sets no cookies. Nothing on this website or in the client portal creates or reads a cookie. No page loads a script, font, video or frame from another company, and we have not identified any other company's service that sets a cookie through this website. That applies to every public page, including the pages describing our coaching plans and Membership.
Because nothing non-essential is stored on your device when you browse, there is no cookie banner to click through and nothing for you to consent to.
Storage used when you sign in
Signing in is different. To keep you signed in as you move between pages, your browser stores your login session locally on your device using local storage — a browser feature that works like a cookie but is not one, and is never sent automatically to other websites. It is kept in one entry, whose name begins with sb- and ends with -auth-token.
This is created only after you sign in, it exists so the account you asked to use keeps working, and it is not used to study your behaviour or build a profile. Signing out removes it. Clearing your browser's storage for this site also removes it, and will simply sign you out.
The page you return to after paying, and the old cart and checkout pages, delete an entry that an earlier version of this site kept for a shopping cart. They only remove it; they store nothing.
Analytics and advertising
TRUE FORM does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising technology on this website. There is no analytics service, no tag manager, no advertising or social media pixel, no session recording, no heatmap tool and no behavioural advertising of any kind.
If that changes, this policy will be updated first, and anything requiring your consent will ask for it before it is used.
Other companies this site links to
The WhatsApp button in the corner of each page is an ordinary link. Nothing is loaded from WhatsApp unless you choose to tap it and open a conversation.
Any links to our social media pages, and any videos in the client portal's library that are hosted on YouTube or Vimeo, open that company's own site. Nothing from them is loaded until you choose to follow the link, and anything they store is governed by their own policies.
Payments
TRUE FORM does not process card details on this website. When you pay, you are taken to a checkout page hosted by our payment provider, Mollie, and any cookies or storage used there belong to Mollie and are governed by Mollie's own policies. Returning to TRUE FORM afterwards places no cookie on your device.
Controlling storage in your browser
Every major browser lets you view and delete the data a website has stored, usually under a setting named something like "Cookies and site data". Because this site places nothing on your device until you sign in, the only thing there is likely to be your login session. Deleting it is safe — it signs you out, and you can sign in again.

This policy describes the technologies this website uses today. If we add or remove something that stores or reads information on your device, we will update this page and change the date below.
