Withdraw from a Contract

Are you in the right place?

Two different things get called “cancelling”, and they are not the same:

You want to stop paying every month. That is cancelling a renewal, and this page is not for it. Sign in, go to the plan and use the cancel option there. You keep the access you have already paid for until that period ends. See the Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy.
You bought recently and want to undo the purchase. That is the statutory right to withdraw, and this page is for that.

Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the day your contract with us is made to withdraw from it. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not have to justify the decision. We will not ask you for one.

Starting coaching does not by itself take this right away. The full position, including what happens if you asked us to begin during those 14 days, is set out in the Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy and in our Terms & Conditions.

What matters is that you send your notice within the 14 days. It does not matter if it reaches us on day 15 — the date you send it is the date that counts.

Two ways to do it

No particular wording is required. Any clear statement that you are withdrawing is enough, however you choose to send it. You can:

Use the form below — we record the date and content of your notice and email you confirmation straight away; or
Email us instead — send any unequivocal statement that you are withdrawing to info@trueformlifestyle.com, or post it to the address at the bottom of this page. The statutory model wording is further down if you would like to use it.

Neither route is better than the other in law, and you never have to create an account or sign in to use either.

Complete this only if you wish to withdraw from a contract with TRUE FORM.

Fields marked with * are required. Everything else is optional — the law does not make it a condition of withdrawing.

Your address Optional. The statutory model form asks for it, so it is offered here — but you can withdraw without it.

Your withdrawal notice has been received and recorded. We have emailed you confirmation of the date and content of your notice — please keep it. This confirms receipt only: it does not by itself end a plan or approve a refund, and we will come back to you about what follows.

You do not have to use this. It is the standard wording, provided so you have it if you want it. Copy it into an email, or print it and post it.

What happens next

We confirm receipt of your withdrawal without delay, and we deal with it as quickly as we reasonably can.

That confirmation records the date and content of your notice. It does not, by itself, end a plan, stop a renewal, remove your access or approve a refund — those follow from reviewing the contract, and we come back to you about them.

Where your withdrawal applies, we refund what you paid for that contract using the same payment method you used, without undue delay. What you may owe for coaching already provided, if anything, is explained in the Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy.

Withdrawing from one contract does not automatically stop another one. If you hold a Membership and a coaching plan, send a separate notice for each, or say clearly that you mean both.
